To ensure that balancing is as easy as child's play, SmartBalancer comes with a range of functions you will find useful not only for field balancing. The instrument will enable you to ensure that vibrations are indeed caused by unbalance, or to identify which of a set of rotors is causing the unbalance.

SmartBalancer covers the most common vibration measurement tasks, providing you with an extremely powerful tool for machine diagnosis.

A novel optimisation program enables unbalance vibrations of up to four measuring points to be determined and reduced to a minimum by balancing in one or two balancing planes. The standard unit comes with programs for splitting correction weights into components or into fixed masses .

All balancing data can be recorded in the SmartBalancer, so that correction weights will be displayed after a single balanicng run, when the same rotor needs to be balanced again at a later stage. Trial runs are therefore superfluous.

The SmartBalancer Report Software supplied with the instrument enables users to create expert balancing reports on an external computer.
